Free Shipping and Free returns
Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday except on holidays). If you have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly Customer Service at help@ziruma.com and we'll be glad to help.
Free Shipping
All orders to the US Continental States qualify for Free Shipping. If you select this method, your order will take from 1 to 5 business days to arrive. You will be given the option to select other express services during checkout if rush delivery is required. The Free Shipping offer is not available for Non-continental states or International Orders.
International Orders
International orders outside of USA are not currently being processed, however please contact us for further info, we may be able to assist you on a case by case basis.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address when placing an order. We do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping address. These orders may be re-routed by UPS or USPS, and returned to us as undeliverable.
If a shipment is re-routed, UPS or USPS will charge a fee of $10 than will be transferred to you.
Returns
We stand behind the quality of everything we make. Free returns within 1 year apply to items that are defective, missing parts, or covered under warranty. Simply contact us at help@ziruma.com, and we’ll provide return instructions at no cost to you.
For returns due to personal preferences (such as color, size, or style), we are happy to offer a full refund once the item is returned. In these cases, customers are responsible for return shipping using their preferred shipping method.
Damaged product
If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we require that you sent it back to us free of charge. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If instead of a refund you want a replacement, we will send a new product and it should arrive in up to 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
