Free Shipping and Free returns

Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday except on holidays). If you have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly Customer Service at help@ziruma.com and we'll be glad to help. 

Free Shipping

All orders to the US Continental States qualify for Free Shipping. If you select this method, your order will take from 1 to 5 business days to arrive. You will be given the option to select other express services during checkout if rush delivery is required. The Free Shipping offer is not available for Non-continental states or International Orders.

International Orders

International orders usually ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Worldwide Saver. Shipping options for international orders will be provided during checkout based in your location.
Shipping costs paid do not include any taxes or duties in the destination country.
All orders going to Canada are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address when placing an order. We do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping address. These orders may be re-routed by UPS or USPS, and returned to us as undeliverable.
If a shipment is re-routed, UPS or USPS will charge a fee of $10 than will be transferred to you.

Returns

We back everything we make with our 1 Year Free Returns Guarantee. Just contact us at help@ziruma.com and we will send you instructions.

Damaged product

If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we require that you sent it back to us free of charge. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If instead of a refund you want a replacement, we will send a new product and it should arrive in up to 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
